Please review our return and refund terms carefully. By placing an order, you agree to the following conditions. EaselEnchant reserves the right to update this policy at any time and to make final decisions on all return and refund matters.
1. Order Adjustment & Cancellation
After completing your checkout, you may request an order change or cancellation within 6 hours by contacting:
After 6 hours, your order will move into processing and production, and adjustments or cancellations will no longer be possible.
Restrictions:
- Personalized/custom items cannot be changed or canceled once the order is finalized.
- You cannot change:
- Item quantity from discounted/bulk orders
- Style, color, or size if it changes the final product price
- If you need to change item types or quantities, we must cancel the order entirely, and you may place a new updated order.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 45 days of delivery.
After 45 days, the order is considered accepted and is no longer eligible for return or refund.
You may return your order ONLY if the product meets one of the following conditions:
A. Incorrect / Damaged / Faulty Item Received
This includes:
- Item arrives damaged or broken
- Item arrives with manufacturing defects
- Wrong design printed or incorrect customization
- Wrong size received compared to your order
- Wrong item shipped
- Product received differs from the online description
B. Package Damaged or Wrong Due to Shipping Carrier
If the package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, report the issue immediately.
You must notify us within 12 days of delivery for prompt support.
3. Return Conditions (Items Not Eligible)
Returned items must be in original condition. We cannot accept returns if:
- Items have been worn, washed, or used
- Items have been altered, modified, or damaged by the customer
- Items are missing tags, packaging, or accessories
- Items are returned with non-manufacturer damage
- Items contain minor loose threads or easily repairable imperfections
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
4. Who Pays the Return Shipping Cost?
A. EaselEnchant Covers Return Shipping If:
The product is:
- Wrong
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Defective
- Damaged during shipping
- Not as described
In these cases, you will NOT be charged for return shipping.
B. Customer Pays Return Shipping If:
- You ordered the wrong item, size, color
- You changed your mind
- You no longer want the item
- The product is not defective
In these cases, the customer is responsible for the actual return shipping cost.
5. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1 – Contact Us
Email us at Contact@EaselEnchant.com with the subject line:
“Return Request – Order #xxxx”
Include the following:
- Full name and order number
- Photos of the shipping label
- Photos/videos clearly showing the issue
- For sizing issues: photos of measurements (length & width)
- The item you want resent or refunded
Step 2 – Return Label
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label via email.
Please print the label and place it securely on your package.
Step 3 – Ship the Item
Send the return package to the address we provide in shipping label.
Important Notes:
- Do NOT send any return without contacting us first.
- We are not responsible for returns sent without approval.
- You must provide us with the return tracking number via email.
- No refund will be issued if we do not receive the returned package.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. The product must meet all eligibility conditions listed in our Return Policy.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be approved if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- The item differs from the description on our website
- The wrong item, size, or design was shipped
- The product arrived damaged due to the carrier
- The item has a manufacturer-related fault
- The item is a regular-priced product (sale items are non-refundable)
Refund Process
- We must first receive your returned package at our return address.
- Our team will inspect the item(s) to confirm the issue and verify that all return requirements are met.
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method:
- PayPal
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
Bank Posting Time
After we process your refund:
- Your bank or card issuer may take 5–15 business days to post the funds
- Some financial institutions may take longer depending on their policies
