For delivery by Christmas and New Year, place your orders no later than December 10th, 2024, by 11:59 PM (local time).

Please keep this date in mind and plan your holiday shopping accordingly. Ordering by this cut-off date will give us sufficient time to process your orders, and our shipping partners the best chance to deliver them on time for your celebrations.

Important Notes:
For New Orders: If you place an order after December 10th, we will process it, but it may arrive after Christmas and New Year.
For Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at Contact@EaselEnchant.com as soon as possible. We’ll check your order status and process a refund if cancellation is still possible.

Avoid Disputes:
Please refrain from opening disputes through your payment provider, as this can take months to resolve. We’re here to support you directly and offer the best solutions for your orders.

Delivery Delays:
While our couriers work hard to ensure timely deliveries, unexpected delays due to weather or high shipping volumes during the holiday season may occur. Please understand these dates are not entirely guaranteed, but every effort will be made to deliver your orders promptly.
