12. Fraud Prevention
Easel Enchant actively monitors transactions to protect customers and prevent fraud. We reserve the right to:
- Hold or delay orders for verification
- Require additional ID or documentation
- Cancel suspicious or high-risk orders
- Ship first-time high-value orders only to the billing address
- Decline orders using unsupported or international credit cards
- Cancel orders shipping to freight-forwarding/drop-ship addresses at our discretion
